I started writing when life felt overwhelming. It became my way of healing. I realized that not every pain needs to break us—sometimes, words are enough to bring peace and quiet happiness, even when we feel alone.

It’s an emotional journey—from feeling broken enough to give up, to becoming healed enough to live again. The book moves through heartbreak, longing, loneliness, and self-love, and gently leads toward hope and inner peace.

They are a mix of personal experiences and imagination. Some emotions are lived, some are felt through observation—but all of them are real in their own way.
